Terms of use
These terms describe how the site is intended to work. They have not been reviewed by a lawyer, and the operating entity still needs to be filled in before launch.
What this site is
madrid.delivery is a directory. We list delivery companies and pass quote requests to them. We do not carry, handle or insure anything ourselves, and we are not party to any agreement you make with a provider.
Accuracy of listings
We try to keep listings accurate, but much of the information comes from public sources or from the businesses themselves. Listings marked unverified have not been confirmed with the business. Always check prices, coverage and delivery times with the provider before relying on them.
Quote requests
Sending a request does not create a contract and does not guarantee a response. Any quote, price or delivery commitment comes from the provider, not from us. Disputes about a delivery are between you and the provider.
Paid placement
Some listings may in future be promoted in exchange for payment. Where that is the case it will be labelled. Paid placement affects ordering only — it does not change whether a provider is shown as verified.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false listings, scrape the directory in bulk, or use the quote form to send spam or anything unlawful. We may remove listings and block access for any of these.
Liability
The site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for loss arising from a delivery arranged with a provider found here, or from inaccurate listing information. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer under Spanish and EU law.
